AETNA - FIRST LOOK WEB DESIGN
I helped spearhead the design of the First Look site, helping transform it into a seamless digital experience. Streamlining the process, we tailored it for brokers, offering market-specific information, customizable plans with desired features, and an array of resources easily accessible at their fingertips.
By presenting a diverse array of products, including Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug plans, Medicare Supplement, and ancillary plans, the site equips brokers with valuable insights. This strategic approach allows them to identify portfolio-selling opportunities in their respective markets.
Healing Better
CVS Health / Aetna
Healing Better is a program that’s all about recovery care. The Agency was tasked to create a care box intended to be sent out to all members who were healing from a surgery they just endured—A way to let the member know that we, at Aetna Health Care have them in our thoughts while they recover. Brochures and meditation cards with helpful tips about sleep, pain management, and lifestyle changes were all included, along with a discount card to shop at CVS Pharmacy for any wellness products needed during their recovery. This project won a Bronze Award in the Design Category during the 60th Hatch awards.
Project inspire
Aetna
Aetna wanted to provide empathy and support to members who have been targeted as having been diagnosed, going through, or in remission of breast cancer. While coming up with ideas realizing how sensitive this topic was, we wanted to make sure that the recipients of this direct mail piece were receiving something they would use during their regular day-to-day, at treatment or when going through a tough time. Aetna also wanted to build brand loyalty by positioning Aetna® as a “human” company that cares about its members while also increasing awareness and drive traffic to the Breast Cancer Support Center.
This piece curated a personalized experience with a hand-written letter from Aetna, a versatile journal for reflective writing coupled with engaging puzzles and coloring pages, a set of vibrant coloring pencils, a convenient bookmark, and a contact business card. This card serves as a lifeline, offering essential contact numbers for any queries during your insurance coverage journey, ensuring comprehensive support whenever needed.
Attain by Aetna
Aetna collaborated with Apple on an innovative app that caters to both iOS and Android users, offering rewards for promoting active lifestyles and healthy habits. The development of Attain involved a diverse team working on various aspects of the project and app. My specific role centered around creating compelling DM and marketing collateral.
